Art therapy is a habit we should all adopt. It can be applied with any type of art, whether it's oil painting, watercolor, etc.
We are facing a new situation for everyone. While you may have faced a crisis before, it was surely not on the same scale as what we are currently facing.
Not everything is bad when crises happen. In fact, there are many good things; it also depends on how we choose to face it. Today we want to show you a way to create space for yourself, to focus on something that helps you grow, to see how much you can achieve.
Art Therapy
Art is a way of healing, of being with yourself. If we fuse all the "bad" things this crisis can bring us, such as worries, stress, etc.; and add a little art, you will have a way to channel all these feelings that are generated in your body.
We can call it art therapy, a method we can explore a lot during this time of not only economic but also mental and emotional crises. Some of the benefits of art for your mind and body are:
- As we mentioned before, it helps relieve or channel stress.
- It stimulates creative thinking, something that will greatly help you in the future for whatever comes your way.
- It helps you improve self-esteem by feeling accomplished with your art.
- Among many other benefits.
We want to share a short video that we uploaded to our channel where you can see a specific case of one of our colleagues.
