With the crisis humanity is facing today, it becomes necessary to view art as therapy for the many problems that arise.
Crises bring to light many problems that societies worldwide face. Not just economic problems, business bubbles, but also psychological and emotional issues.
When a crisis passes, it also brings many positive things. It invites us to question everything we were doing and take advantage of the changes to make variations in everything. It forces us to think about what is fundamental.
Art as therapy is gaining more and more traction in a world with runaway economies and excessive growth. It forces us to pause, to focus on ourselves, to be better people.
Art as therapy
That's why we want to invite everyone, of all ages, to focus on having an art hobby. Art comes in different shapes and sizes. There is oil art, watercolor, drawing, lettering, music, etc.
Some of the benefits of art are:
- It helps you channel or release daily stress
- Increases your creativity, invites you to have a different approach, to think differently, to be different
- You exercise one of the most neglected muscles, your mind
- And there are many other benefits, both physical and mental

We invite you to read two of our most recent publications. The first one, Materials for lettering and Art therapy, an ideal habit.
It is important that we instill this practice in the little ones so they get used to it. They are at an ideal time to forge their habits and grow with a healthy mind and body.
If you think you are too old to start painting, drawing or playing an instrument; think about all the benefits it can bring to you and those around you.
