Online interview Panafargo

At Panafargo, we have always wanted to share our experience so that others can learn from what we have done. On this occasion, we are sharing an online interview conducted by Gabriel Arámburo from Libertank.

Online Interview at Libertank

The birth of Panafargo as we know it today came from the needs of our customers.

Paying attention to these needs, listening to your customers, and providing solutions are all part of an entrepreneur's skills.

With the arrival of new generations in the company's management, new knowledge acquired in academia has been introduced.

It is essential to learn. Knowledge is a race that we never finish, that is constantly changing. And in Santiago's words about learning, "you have to build calluses with the experiences we live."

In any company, there should be a balance between empirical knowledge (learning through experience) and academic knowledge (university and professional studies).

There are values that are very scarce today but that we at Panafargo live by every day. The value of our word, of being accountable for what we say and living up to our promises, is something that characterizes us. This value, together with trust, makes relationships inside and outside the company increasingly close.

While another outstanding characteristic of our company is our competitive pricing, we focus on other factors to provide value to our customers. We are interested in being competitive, offering a wide variety of products, and providing excellent customer service.
