Panafargo Philosophy

As Joan Antoni explains well, there are many things in our society that we need to change. We need to define the principles that will govern our lives. This also includes our companies, where we spend most of our hours in the day.

While Panafargo is very far from the ideal that is sold to us. We want to set a precedent within Panafargo and in the industry in general. We recently made a change to our work schedule for several reasons. The first of these is to benefit our employees (the entire Panafargo team). And the second, but no less important, is to be more effective in our tasks.

We want human dignity to stand out in each of our daily activities. May it be noticeable not only to all our customers but also throughout our industry. It's time to focus on others...
