Made in Colombia by Industrias Fusión Color.Before applying, seal the surface with Fusión Color Water Gloss (at least 3 coats), then apply Fusión Color Craft Resin evenly, and let it dry for 24 hours.It is not suitable for adhesive vinyl, as it could wrinkle it.
