Instructions for using liquid border:
Pre-wash the fabric
Shake before use
Use a clean brush
Apply 1 to 3 coats
Let dry for 72 hours
Iron on the reverse side at medium temperature for 5 minutes
It can be used to paint on cotton fabrics, polyester, styrofoam, foamy, etc...
