Graph Paper Pad Features

The Graph Paper Pad measurements are:
  • Legal size (32.5cm x 23 cm) and Half sheet (70 x 50 cm)
  • 50 sheets, 60 gr Bond paper.
Its format of fine intersecting lines, which serve as drawing guides, allows for plotting mathematical functions, diagrams, and more. Graph paper is a type of squared paper with very small squares, usually 1 mm on each side. This paper is used for graphical representations of mathematical functions, sketching, or drawing plans, among other uses. Occasionally, the printed lines on graph paper form an auxiliary grid that makes counting squares easier. In this case, the auxiliary grid is distinguished by the thicker lines that form it. On the graph paper in the photograph, three grids can be observed:
  • The primary grid: formed by 1 mm squares
  • The secondary grid: groups five squares. That is, it has 5 mm sides
  • The tertiary grid: with 10 mm sides

What is graph paper used for?

You can use it for many things. In mathematics, it is useful for the graphical representation of functions and for creating statistical data tables. Thanks to the auxiliary 5 and 10 mm grids, it will be very easy to draw bar and line graphs, for example. Another typical use of graph paper is the drawing of scaled plans using a reduction or enlargement scale. Graph paper is available in various sizes, the most common being Din A4 format or in eighths (⅛). Graph drawing pads in prolonged folio size, which are slightly larger, are also widely used. Above these formats, we find Din A1, also quite commonly used, especially in engineering and university projects. **Images may be product references and examples. *Subject to changes in price and availability of quantities and colors; we will contact you if there is any news.
