How to use Richelieu liner?
When applying to surfaces to be painted such as fabric, paper, leather, glass, ceramics, etc. Squeeze a bottle with a nozzle to create three-dimensional effects, producing reliefs, or use a brush for flat, plastic, and glossy finishes. Once dry, apply heat from the reverse side. Minimum drying time is 6 hours. Hand wash after 72 hours.Precautions are:
