What is glitter fabric liner?

1. Ensure the surface where the product will be applied is clean, free of dust or other impurities.
2. Gently squeeze the container.
3. Allow to dry.
4. Iron the garment inside out at a medium temperature.
5. Wait 72 hours before washing.
