What is a badge lanyard?

A badge lanyard is a strap used to hang a badge, to be worn around the neck. Made of fabric ribbon. Available in various colors, it has a hook at the end that holds a card or document holder. So, the badge lanyard strap is used with a plastic badge or other document holders. It consists of:

• A durable fabric strap with a soft texture, 1 centimeter wide and 40 centimeters long.
• Pressure-closed metal hook.

This strap, which is secured with a safety clasp, features a metal hook that remains tightly closed with strong pressure. When the badge is securely attached, it automatically re-closes with the same pressure as the hook. They come in various colors:
