What is Franco Arte Turpentine?

Turpentine FRANCO ARTE is especially characterized by its low odor, formulated as a diluent for oil paints, reducing gloss if used in excess. It is also used for cleaning brushes. It is a clear, volatile, and flammable liquid. Handle with good ventilation in work areas. Ideal for mixing with metallic and flat oil colors.

Uses of Rectified Turpentine Essence

  1. Mixed with oil, it removes a large amount of oil, making it leaner.
  2. Brushstrokes will flow more.
  3. If applied on dry varnish, it will remove it.
  4. For thinning resins.
  5. Your struggle with cleaning utensils like brushes will end, as it removes all dirt from them.
The way to use it is to apply it to the paint until it dissolves. Apply a small amount depending on how much gloss and consistency you desire. It is usually used in the second layer of paint, accompanied by linseed oil, and in the third layer.
