★★★★★ What is Franco Arte varnish used for? 

Franco Arte Artistic Varnish (fixative) for oil paints. It is used to varnish or fix works done in different drawing or painting techniques, with a matte or glossy finish depending on preference. 

We have two types of paint varnish: varnish for oil paint and varnish NOT for oil paint.

The ARTISTIC VARNISH FOR OIL PAINT, colorless, non-yellowing, fast-drying, is used to protect works or delicate projects done in oil paint, such as oxides, patinas, among others, against dust, ultraviolet rays, humidity, friction, and aging. THIS AEROSOL DOES NOT HARM THE OZONE LAYER. Artistic varnish for all types of paints except oil paint. This varnish is the same as the other varnish: colorless, non-yellowing, fast-drying, used to protect against dust, etc... except that it is not for oil paint.

What material can Franco Arte varnish be used on? 

Apply on any dry paint on ceramic, wood, MDF, cardboard, plaster, paper, cork, expanded polystyrene (Styrofoam), among others. Apply thin layers and let dry very well before applying the next. Clean tools with water and Franco Arte Shampoo. https://youtu.be/A-yhwtZ2hEg

What are the benefits of Franco Arte varnish?

How to use aerosol varnish? 

Both types of varnish work the same way.

1. The varnish is applied once the paint is completely dry (approximately 3 to 6 months). 
2. The surface must be clean and free of dust, moisture, and grease. 
3. Place the surface to be worked on vertically. 
4. Shake the container until the ball rattles, approximately 1 minute; do this before and during application. 
5. Perform a prior test. 
6. To apply subsequent layers, you must wait 5 minutes before applying the next layer.
