The outliner colors are divided into three types: flat, frosted, and pearlescent. In flat colors, there are:

How to use Richelieu outliner?

When applying to surfaces to be painted such as fabric, paper, leather, glass, ceramics, etc., squeeze a bottle with a nozzle to achieve three-dimensional effects, creating raised designs, or use a brush for flat, plastic, and glossy finishes. Once dry, apply heat from the reverse side. Minimum drying time is 6 hours. Hand wash after 72 hours.
