Due to its texture, it is also called "passepartout," and it is not only used for models but also to separate photos or prints from glass (framing) and even for painting on it with watercolors.Strawboard is a material made of several overlapping layers of paper, based on virgin fiber or recycled paper. Cardboard is thicker, harder, and more resistant than paper. Some types of cardboard are used to manufacture packaging and containers, basically boxes of various types.
