A stapler is a tool used to join sheets of paper, plastic, or thin laminates by inserting a staple. They are mostly used by students, office workers, or for any use in stationery stores due to their practical use of joining pieces of paper in common documents. PartsThe manual stapler consists of four articulated elements mounted on an axle:

• The base, which has two figures that guide the ends of the staple to bend them properly, bringing them together or separating them.
• The staple loader, at whose end there are two slots: the upper one, through which the cutter enters; and the lower one, through which the staple exits.
• The pusher, inserted in the loader, which slides on a rod and is actuated by a spring to push the staples towards the slot.
• The cover, which incorporates a cutter that, when lowered, drives the first staple from the loader into the paper.
