What is Crepe Paper?
Crepe paper is also known as crespón, onion paper, pinocho paper, or corrugated paper, but it is the same paper. It is manufactured from a pulp composed of various dry materials; water is mixed with ground materials made of usually vegetable fibers, and during drying, the wrinkled appearance that is its normal texture is formed.
