What is Crepe Paper Like?
Crepe paper is also known as crespón, cebolla, pinocho, or corrugated paper, but it's all the same paper. It is manufactured from a pulp composed of various dry materials; water is mixed with ground materials consisting mainly of vegetable fibers, and during drying, the wrinkled appearance that is its normal texture is formed.
