★★★★★ What is a Carbonless Copy Pad?

With a Carbonless Copy Pad, when a service is provided or a product is sold, the seller or service provider must issue an invoice. However, if that person is not obligated to issue an invoice, they issue a collection statement. In this context, a collection statement is a document that announces or claims the payment of a specific amount, addressed to the creditor from whom payment is requested. The collection statement is not a document or title defined by commercial or civil law, and its origin is more in custom. The collection statement itself does not have executive merit, much less constitute a negotiable instrument, because it does not comply with one of the requirements of article 422 of the General Process Code, in that it must come from the debtor, and the collection statement does not come from the debtor but from the creditor.

What is the presentation of the Carbonless Copy Pad?

The carbonless invoice or receipt books come protected by a thin but resistant cardboard, and part of this helps us isolate the sheets we are using from the others, thus preventing what is written from passing to other sheets. There are 24 sheets with their respective copy. The sizes are:

• Small: 11.3 cm X 16.5 cm
• Medium: 13.5 cm X 17 cm
• Large: 16 cm X 22.2 cm
