Luminescent Vinyl works like adhesive stars used to decorate bedroom ceilings, which glow in the dark after being charged with light.
- You can apply it on any surface that absorbs well, such as walls, pictures, paper figures, and handmade planets that you plan to hang from the ceiling.
- Do not use it outdoors, as sunlight deteriorates the paint. If you do, you should protect it with several coats of varnish.
- First, apply a base of white acrylic paint for the phosphorescent paint to work better, as it is quite transparent and needs a light base.
- Once the base is dry, paint with the luminescent paint using a brush, or a roller if the surface is very large.
